I am quite sure that Dr.G. thought I was joking about that whole Valium thing, and I was at first. But then I had this great idea to go and look up Lasik surgery on Google. Well,.. let me just tell you if you are thinking about having your vision corrected this is really the last thing you want to do, because the next thing you know I found myself staring eye to eye with an actual Lasik surgery being performed on YouTube. Really not something you want to see unless you are a surgeon yourself. (or a weirdo) So I see this big gigantic eye on YouTube all red and disgusting and I realise that I can’t go through with this. I’m sort of freaking out and finally at our last meeting I am able to convey my distress to Doctor G. (maybe that was when I grabbed his shirt collar and yelled GIVE ME THE FREAKING VALIUM!)
So here I am with my prescription of Lexotan. I have yet to have it filled. I am not familiar with what effect it’s going to have, so we (Dr.G. and I) decided it was better if I tried out a few drops a few days before going into surgery. I thought about doing that tonight but G. suggested I don’t drink wine with my Lexotan. Good call.
Tomorrow morning I could try a few drops..although, 8.45am parent – teacher meeting at my daughters school. Better not. Maybe I should try a few drops on S-man first.
With only a few days to go before my surgery I honestly don’t know when I am going to have time. Now I’m really freaking out.. I SHOULD OF DONE VALIUM TRIALS AGES AGO!!
